GMI Group, Inc. is a female, minority-owned green janitorial service company serving the Southeastern United States. Established in 2005, we have experience specializing in corporate sites, multi-tenant, medical office, universities, schools, manufacturing plants, federal, state and local agency facilities.

GMI Group looks at all of our clients properties as our own. We do not look only at the janitorial but at all aspects of the facility to see how the property can be ran more sustainably from HVAC, Lighting to Energy.
